Get it out of your head, into ka-do
Tasks get lost between a dozen places — a text, a meeting, a half-remembered thought — before they ever reach a list. Capture is the one place everything funnels through first.
How it works in ka-do
Type into the capture box, paste clipboard text or a file, use your browser's own dictation to talk it in, or upload an audio or transcript file. ka-do reads what you gave it and proposes draft tasks — titles, and where it can tell, subtasks — which you review and confirm before anything becomes a real task.
Forwarding an email to your personal ka-do inbox address works differently: it creates the task directly from the email's subject and body, without a review step, since there's no app open to review it in.
Free includes 10 AI parses a week and captures up to 50,000 characters. Pro raises that to roughly 2,500 parses a month, 200,000 characters, and adds email-forwarding capture.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't guess what you meant to do next — it extracts tasks from what you actually wrote, said or sent, nothing invented beyond that.
- Dictation uses your browser's own speech recognition, not a separate transcription service.
- Outside of forwarded email, nothing becomes a real task without you reviewing and confirming it first.
