The meeting ends. The actions are already written down.

Meeting notes and the actions that come out of them usually end up scattered — a recording nobody rewatches, a notes doc nobody reads back, tasks written down somewhere disconnected from the meeting that created them.

How it works in ka-do

Open a calendar meeting in ka-do and either record or upload the audio, paste a transcript, or upload a transcript file. ka-do produces a short summary of what was covered and a set of tasks for the actions that came out of it, each one linked back to the meeting it came from. The recording or transcript stays attached to the event if you want to check it later.

Pasting or typing a transcript as text uses your normal capture allowance, available on Free. Recording or uploading actual audio for transcription is a Pro feature.

What it doesn't do

  • It only turns into tasks what was actually said — it doesn't invent follow-ups that weren't raised.
  • It doesn't join or record meetings on its own — you bring the audio or transcript to it.
  • This is the in-app, attached-to-a-meeting version. ka-do's public meeting-recording-to-tasks tool on the website is a separate, no-account-needed tool that isn't attached to a calendar event.
